Email Fail


I will have more to say about my birthday but not right now.. I'm on borrowed time but I have to share this with SOMEONE!!

Long story short I'm trying to get a replacement phone for one of my crew guys. It's taken 2 weeks of broken promises and miscommunications to find out that the approval form for the new phone has been sent to the wrong email address. So thats why I never got it.

Here's the funny part, I have not once called these people, our entire correspondence has been over email.

I, I just don't get it. I really don't. How am I supposed to respond? Is it professional to laugh? I was already a mite sharp because it's taken 2 weeks as opposed to the 2 days he told me when I first talked to him.

As to the email, it's too small to read. Good luck with it...I hate having to deal with people/companies who delay things so long like that (especially when they either act like nothing happened, or try to blame it on me)

That is hilarious! Wow, people can be so stupid about things! But yes I think at that point its totally appropriate to laugh, and laugh some more.

You could always have your brother set your guy up with a phone. ;)
